Scope of Services
Akshobhya Associates provides professional consultancy, business advisory, documentation, registration and compliance support services. The exact scope of each engagement is confirmed during the initial consultation.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete and genuine information and documents. Delays or rejections arising from incorrect or incomplete documents are not the responsibility of the firm.
Fees and Payments
Service fees are communicated before work commences. Government fees, statutory charges and third-party costs, where applicable, are payable in addition to the consultancy fee.
Timelines
Indicative timelines are shared for every engagement. Processing times that depend on government departments or external authorities are beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability in any engagement is limited to the professional fee received for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
